Terms and conditions - Virtual Consultations

Hospital Santander reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, remove or update the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in parts, at any time and without prior notice. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective when published. The continued use of our website and the services that we make available to you, once the changes have been published, will be considered as acceptance of the same.


Cancellation policy: The patient and / or family member may request the cancellation of previously scheduled appointments, and must send the request electronically to the mail admin.virtual@hospitalsantander.com.mx with proof corresponding to this procedure with a minimum of 48 hours prior to the date of your appointment.

Return policy: Only proceeds if the appointment has been cancelled, the appointment is within the scheduled timeframe or in the extreme case of death of the patient; therefore, in this case, the Head of External Consultation or the person he/she designates to assess, authorize and sign the return. The applicant must present a corresponding payment receipt. Once the return is authorized, the applicant will be instructed to go to the External Consultation area, with the authorized payment receipt, cancellation receipt, copy of the return authorization, and a valid ID of the person who will process the return before from 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
